Scope & Overview

ZipZap is a self-service migration solution by Codimite designed to help organizations migrate data from Gong to Zoom Revenue Accelerator (ZRA), including recordings, transcripts, metadata, and other supported information. In this Privacy Policy, “ZipZap,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the ZipZap service, and “you” and “your” refer to users of our website, application, and services.

Operational Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how ZipZap collects, uses, processes, stores, and protects information when you use the ZipZap website, application, and related services.

ZipZap is operated by Codimite. This policy applies across all data flows between your source platform (Gong), our migration processing system, and your target platform (Zoom Revenue Accelerator).

Categorized Data Collection & Transit Architecture

We strictly limit data collection to details required to verify identity, establish secure API connections, and execute live migrations.

Data Category Information Collected Usage Purpose & Handling
Account & User Info Name, email address, company name, login credentials, Google SSO details. Used for account creation, identification, authentication, and service updates. Google SSO data is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.
Application Credentials Gong API Key & Secret, Zoom Client ID & Secret. Used to connect to Gong and Zoom. Credentials are protected using encrypted credential-management mechanisms.
Data in Transit Gong recordings (audio/video), transcripts, and metadata. Processed and transferred directly to Zoom Revenue Accelerator. Migration data is not retained by ZipZap after processing is completed.

Explicit Exclusions

  • Zero Persistent Migration Storage: Migration data is processed on the fly and is not persistently stored by ZipZap during or after migration.
  • No Ad Tracking: We do not log or track user behavior across third-party sites.

Purpose of Processing

We use collected information strictly for the following purposes:

  • To provide and manage ZipZap services, including account creation, user authentication, identification, and data migration.
  • To communicate with you regarding account verification, migration updates, support requests, and service notifications.
  • To maintain and improve the security, reliability, and overall functionality of ZipZap.

Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or migration content. Information is shared only under the following conditions:

Connecting to Gong APIs and Zoom Revenue Accelerator APIs to transfer migration data.

Storage, Retention & Security Controls

Security Protocols

  • ZipZap uses industry-standard security measures, including encryption, to protect sensitive information at rest and in transit.
  • Application credentials are stored and protected using encrypted credential-management controls.

Retention Standards

  • Migration Content: Handled with zero persistence, data is processed on the fly and not retained after transfer.
  • Credentials & Account Info: Saved until removed by the user or upon account closure.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

ZipZap may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for authentication, session management, and platform security. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies for advertising or behavioral tracking.

User Control, Deletion & Regional Rights

ZipZap provides full control over your saved integration credentials and account details:

Credential Removal
Users can remove their stored Gong and Zoom application credentials from ZipZap when they are no longer required for migration.
Account Deletion Support
Users may contact the ZipZap Support team for assistance with account information or credential deletion.
Statutory Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you retain statutory rights to request access to, correction of, or complete deletion of your personal account data.

Children’s Privacy Provisions

ZipZap is an enterprise migration solution intended solely for organizational use. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

International Data Transfers

Migration payloads and account data processed by ZipZap may transit across cloud servers located outside your home state or country. All transfers utilize encrypted channels (TLS) between Gong, ZipZap infrastructure, and Zoom.
